1966 proofed Italian Zoli & Rizzini boxlock chambered for 16 Gauge shells. This example has 27.75″ barrels with a matted solid rib and a brass bead front sight. The right tube marked on underside with 3 stars for Mod and the left tube is marked with 1 star for Full choke. The case-hardened boxlock action has double triggers, extractors and a manual safety. Receiver has decorative motifs and border engraving. The stock set is a two piece walnut with a splinter forearm with wrap around point pattern checkering and an Anson release. The stock is a checkered round knob pistol grip walnut stock with an unmarked brass initial plate on toe line and a checkered hard rubber butt plate. Stock measurements are DAC: 1 5/8″. DAH: 2 3/8″ with a neutral cast. Overall this gun appears to not have been used much and remains in great condition showing only some minor storage marks on the stock.
